VPT Attends the Partnership for a Lead-Free Future convened by UNICEF and FPCCI. The session, held on 27th April, brought together key stakeholders to address lead exposure—an under-recognized but critical threat to child health, impacting neurodevelopment, learning, and long-term outcomes. Sources discussed included industrial emissions, contaminated spices, traditional cosmetics, and household exposures. The dialogue highlighted the need for stronger regulation, multisectoral collaboration, improved surveillance, and policy action—reinforcing a shared commitment to a safer, lead-free future for children across Pakistan and South Asia.
