
The HR Department at VITAL Pakistan Trust organized an engaging and insightful session on Healthy Eating, encouraging staff to make mindful food choices for better health and well-being. Led by Dietitian Samar Javed, the interactive session titled "𝐄𝐚𝐭 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭 – 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠" focused on the importance of balanced nutrition, portion control, and developing sustainable eating habits. Participants learned simple, practical ways to nourish their bodies, boost their energy levels, and maintain a healthy lifestyle amidst busy work routines.
